I inherited my love of buttons from my mom, who has always had a soft spot for these notions. The variety of colors, shapes, sizes, and textures intrigues me as much today as it did as a child.

How could one not see complete beauty in such little treasures?
I love buttons. I wish I had been old enough when my grandmother died to realize how much I would miss her buttons and saved them. Damn 21 year old in me told my family I didn't want them. I must have played with them for hours each day when I was at her house. Thanks for the pictures. They bring back great memories.
