Inspiration Board {Summer Fun & Games}

We are focusing on things to love about summer this week, and for today's Wedding Wednesday, we have an inspiration board for a celebration that fully embraces the season.

This wedding would be a playful, afternoon affair for close family and friends. Both ceremony and reception would take place outside, and the day would be filled with classic games including croquet and badminton.

The decor for this event would be colorful and cheerful, while the food would be simple and reflective of the season with items such as burgers, blueberries, and ice cream on the menu.

    I keep hearing fun acoustic rock in my head...Jack Johnson in particular!!!!
    Since discovering your gem...I've meandered back through your Wedding Wednesday wonderments & I can only use one word...worship!!!!

    Oh, wow! I was looking at the croquet set photo yesterday when i was working on an inspiration board and thought it would be the perfect starting point for a garden games party:) Lovely board! The table cards are especially adorable. xx blair

    i was just at a wedding last saturday. i helped set up the reception tables. it made me realize, "wow. i could really get into this wedding planning thing." it's so much easier when it's not your own, no? :)

    great collage of inspiration you have here. there is nothing like a summer wedding.
