The inspiration room incorporates not only seafoam, gold, and champagne, but olive green and golden yellow as well, creating a refreshing, yet energetic palette. The space is traditional, but with a playful and slightly eclectic air, and the wedding, like the room, would be traditional with a twist.

ReplyDeleteone of my all-time favorite rooms. a beautiful wedding palette!
ReplyDeleteThe ways in which designers find their inspiration really excites me...looking at a room and creating a wedding from it...amazing! I'm glad I ran across this series of yours. I'm trying to do some "studying" on how it is that chefs find inspiration for a meal, especially when you get to genius chefs like Thomas Keller. I think we'd be surprised how similar the process is--and how well we could make a menu for a wedding compliment the decor, and not just color wise! I'm really going to put some thought into this...thanks for inspiring me!
