I know that a lot of people are "over" owls, as happens with any trend, but, perhaps since I am such a night owl myself, I still find some owl-inspired pieces irresistible!
Each of these pieces of art captured my eye; I love the life-like quality of Cara Enteles' painting, and I adore each of the three photographs, by Sharon Montrose, Allie Arts 4 Children, and D.S. Brennan Photography, as well.

Eye of the Predator- Cara Enteles
Stay tuned for Part 2!
Love these!
ReplyDeleteAs a child I was obsessed with owls and collected anything and everything with an owl on it.
I didn't adopt this trend because it seemed like something I'd already went over-kill on, but I do think they're permanently endearing.
I adore owls and have actually been quite obsessed with them lately. I have an entire folder full of owl decals, owl pitchers, craved owls ect...They are just so adorable! I have the cutest little stuffed animal one named Hoots that my parents gave me when I went to college.
ReplyDeletebeautiful black and white--such a moving image!
